Grandma comes
Grandma comes to stay with us, starting from today for a month.
Initially when I learnt of this, I didn't know how to react. Whilst I don't mind her coming over, I was apprenhensive about how the two dogs at home would react. Afterall grandma didn't have a good history with our last dog. The last time she came to stay with us, she mercilessly gave Jackie a kick in the tummy. Sigh.
So this was the day she was coming over and I took a day's leave, just to be sure.
Anyway.. we took them both downstairs to welcome her and come back up together. After barking for a while, they seemed happy with her and are now taking a nap. Nana even allowed grandma to cuddle her on her lap. :)

Ok, I hope this lasts cos whether they like it or not, she'll be here for about a month and we just have to live in harmony.

so far they are getting along fine. They tend to bark only when she walks around the house, but grandma's legs are weak so she hardly walk much.
